Hi Mattia,
There are a few docs posted around the place, however there is also a
sample config file in /etc/xen/vm called hvmexample that includes pretty
much all the settings you need for a hardware assisted virtualised OS.
You can find instructions specific to openSUSE here:
http://en.opensuse.org/Xen_Full_Virtualization_Example

A lot of what is discussed here though is fairly distribution agnostic
in terms of modifying the hvmexample file.
