[Xen-users] Ubuntu: "no more processes left in this runlevel"
| I'm trying to run an Ubuntu "breezy" domU over Xen 3.0 (dom0 is a
Debian "sarge"). I followed
http://wiki.xensource.com/xenwiki/UbuntuHoaryHowTo.
So, I installed Ubuntu with debootstrap, edited the /etc files as
mentioned above.
The linux kernel starts but booting fails with:
 * Initializing random number generator... [ ok ]
 * Entering runlevel: 2
 * Starting system log daemon... [ ok ]
 * Starting kernel log daemon... [ ok ]
 * no more processes left in this runlevel
and then, nothing, "xm top" shows the domain as blocked. "xm shutdown"
works and it stops properly ("Power down").
