neither of this trees contains a 2.6.15.

you can grab the linux-2.6-merge tree that contains a 2.6.15, then you
build *WITHOUT* ARCH=XEN

or build the kernel provided in xen-3.0-testing.hg | xen-unstable.hg which
is 2.6.12.

don't change yourself buildconfigs value or do your own patchin', and
then expect it to work.
