I have to say sorry for that question, anyway, I only searched the xen
manual and the wiki, a search in the list archive which I just made,
showed me that this question is asked nearly every two weeks.
Therefore, I created a wiki page for it, and will add some more
information as it becomes available, also from all those threads already
existing about this topic - for now, I just link them on the page.

I hope it's useful for others, I will add hints on the machines which
work only with acpi=off when back at the office on monday.
