I just noticed that this seems to have been fixed in unstable, see http://bugzilla.xensource.com/bugzilla/show_bug.cgi?id=76.

I think #76 was a different problem. It was introduced into the unstable tree when the ACPI code was moved from Xen to dom0.

An easy way to determine this is to simply check /proc/interrupts to see if the disk irq is being shared.

Maybe it's a very similar problem in 2.0.7? Alas, a quick glance at the ACPI-code in xen shows that it's quite a bit different from Linux's (as used in 3.0), so backporting that fix doesn't appear to be trivial...
