I'm on a Dell 2850 and had the same problem.  When I make the kernel I have to de-select 'megaraid' and select the 'megaraid2' driver.  I got errors like the ones you show when I had both drivers selected.  Also, If you are using RAID on your disks, this server requires that you boot using an initrd image.  I just re-used the redhat image from my base OS.
