[Xen-users] domain died after xend.console.connect

Thank you in advance for any assistance, I can't wait to get this going so I 
can start answering questions, this is a great group.
So, I've been going through "grifferz/Xen - Blitzed" and getting stuck at the 
moment of joy. <CR>'s represent where I hit return. Ideas?  One thing I 
did notice, is under the "EXITED" line, the cursor was flashing in the 
left corner (see the underscore) and every couple seconds I'd see it "for 
a split second" under the M in REMOTE as if that line was scrolling really 
fast.
Maybe too much information, but I'd prefer not to miss little details.
