In response to feedback, the attached additional patch (from "hg
export") makes the following changes:
* Make libxenstat a static library, and don't install it, so that the
API need not be stable or supported for the 3.0 release.
* Rename vm-top to xentop
* Make "xm top" invoke xentop.

This patch should appear in the xen-xenstat.hg tree shortly.
