Re: [XenPPC] Status and supported hardware?

Hi,

I'm interessted in finding out whether Xen runs on my powerpc.

We only support PowerPC 970 CPUs.

Sadly, I
didn't find a page that tells me what the current state of the powerpc
support is, and which hardware is supported (or does that mean that
even experienced end-users should keep distance currently?).

You can track our status here:

I would be
happy for any pointer to such a page (and perhaps a more prominent
location, like mentioned in the signature of this list), and perhaps
someone could give me a hint whether my box is supported:

revision : 0.1 (pvr 8002 0101)

I believe that the major codes >= 8000 are all Motorola/Freescale chips, so I'm afraid the current source does not support this at all.

platform : CHRP
machine : CHRP Pegasos2
