Thread-topic: Collision chain in VHPT table
It looks like current VMX VHPT implementation didn't remove a collision
chain node when it beccomes invalid. Not sure what is the purpose, but
at least it reduces the free collision chain buffer size and makes chain
walk longer.

Any special reasons? I remember long time ago, the invalid entry is
removed.
