It seems that my pesimism was misplaced. I had some problems
with my settings for the serial console, but I have now
tested 2.4.23, 2.4.24 and a few days ago's linus tree
(91525300baf162e83e923b09ca286f9205e21522) and they all
seem to be able to do Xen->Linux kexecs as well as Xen->Xen.

Tests were performed against an HP 2620 and Tiger 4.
