Argh, you're right.  I thought this was in the vmm_avail area.  Thanks for
pointing this out!

BTW, I should check the usage of vpsr_dfh and hpsr_dfh because I thought they
are also used in VTi mode.  Anyway I don't think we want the domain to be able
to modify hpsr_* flags.
