   I should have tested this one more, this actually makes things worse
for me.  Without this patch, I can boot a 2 cell, 8-way super dome
partition with dom0_max_cpus=8.  With this patch, it crashes in
sd_degenerate just as you reported your system did before.  Note in the
log below that id:eid generated does not match that provided by the
system.  Thoughts?  Thanks,
