As mentioned before we do a PV port of a (not open source) mainframe os to xen 
and this os is using protection keys. So protection key support in xen is 
necessary.

I did a first implementation for PV guests with 1 pkr reserved for the 
hypervisor. I'll send a RFC and a first patch within the next days.
