Hi,

Tristan seems to have forgotten to implement xencomm_privcmd_sched_op().

When I tried to reboot a VTI domain, I got the dom0's message
"privcmd_hypercall: unknown hcall (29)" and couldn't reboot.

This patch fixes it.

Thanks,
Kouya
