Hi,

This patch removes PIN processing for Domain-0 vcpu0 executed
at the time of Xen initialization.

Tested by booting Xen and Domain-0.

Result:
# xm vcpu-list
Name ID VCPU CPU State Time(s) CPU Affinity
Domain-0 0 0 0 r-- 141702.3 any cpu
Domain-0 0 1 1 r-- 141702.0 any cpu

Signed-off-by: Masaki Kanno <kanno.masaki@xxxxxxxxxxxxxx>

Best regards,
 Kan
