   Until I get Xen/dom0 irq sharing working, I'd like to propose the
attached patch.  This fixes the usage of ia64_xen_vector to work as it
was intended.  On the shared interrupt system, this prevents dom0 from
overwriting the RTE with a new vector.  The dom0 device is still
inoperable (w/o interrupts), but it doesn't break anything else.  With
this, I think we should go ahead an make xencons be the default console.
