Hi,

Most of the SMP-guest work is already in the repository.
Last time I did stability checks, it was as stable (or unstable) as domU.

I hope the domU bug (aka gcc segfault) will be solved soon.  If it is due to 
bad memmap use (as I think), it should be fixed by the VP work.

Only the boot/IPI part hasn't been submitted yet.  Here are my remaining work, 
shown for comments.
