I just pushed a changeset to clean up domain creation. One thing this requires is that VCPU0 initialisation is removed from arch_domain_create() and is instead done in alloc_vcpu_struct(). I couldn't easily see how this should be done for ia64 so this bit needs fixing up (it shouldn't be a difficult job for someone who knows that code).
