No offense to Intel intended.  I just have not seen most
of these terms used with Xen except in messages/code from
Intel people. I just assumed that the terms are commonly
used within Intel, e.g. for VT documents.  I have started
using many of the terms but found at a recent conference
that they are unknown/confusing to people that are familiar
with Xen only from reading Xen papers.
