Thread-topic: Some features turned off
I've just checked in a new tip with three features
turned off:

1) Fast tick
2) NaT handling
3) Improved PAL support

Each of these has been suggested/implicated as a
possible problem in running multiple domains with
a recent "merge" patch so we will leave them off
while we track this down, then turn them back on
one at a time. However, leaving them off has problems
too, so we will try to get them back on asap.
