Thread-topic: [Xen-devel] xen + windbg..
It's a long time since I set it up on upstream Xen (as opposed to Citrix
XenServer) but what I usually do is set up my xl config to point qemu serial at
a passive open tcp socket (using something like
serial=tcp::4000,server,nodelay,nowait). The 'nodelay' is important there,
otherwise nagle will screw up your debug flow. I then normally use a little
socket-to-pipe tool that I have and point windbg at the pipe. You can do
similar using HW VSP (http://www.hw-group.com/products/hw_vsp/index_en.html)
and a COM port though.
