[Xen-devel] 2.6.38-rc5-11-xen kernel oops when destroy DomU

Hello this is what happens I create a xen domU using ether of two methods xm create or virt-manager, then destroy using ether of two methods (or shutdown in the case of virt-manager.

I revive a kernel oops upon destroying the DomU.

SYSTEM

openSUSE_Factory/openSUSE-11.4

Arch: x86_64

STEPS TO REPRODUCE

1.)Install::  kernel-2.6.38-rc5-11-xen
             virt-manager-0.8.5-53.1.x86_64
             libvirt-0.8.8-107.1.x86_64
             xen-4.0.2_02-99.1.x86_64

note also install all required libraries for these packages mentioned.

2.)Create a DomU VM:: using virt-manager, start the program as (root) if in a xsession under another user simply use the gnome desktop menu >> Computer >> More Applications >> search for C reate Virtual Machines or Virtual Machine Manager (if you already created a domain) Go through the process of specifying the phy drives and the settings they do not really matter for this BUG.

3.)Destroy/Shutdown a DomU VM:: using virt-manager right click the domU VM and select shutdown.

WHAT HAPPENS

The kernel oops should appear on the current TTY and lock out Xorg completely.. I havent done a lot of debugging as I dont know where to start, I suppose I could try using the sysrq keys , I am not entirely sure that a kernel panic occurs afterward, I do not think it does, however the oops does seem to lock out my GFX card hardware is a Gforce 250GT 1G mem
motherboard is a Nvidia board Nforce 680i
2gig ram
conro Core2 duo
