Another one where dom0 lost its networking inexplicably.

Looking at the serial logs, I see
 Feb 16 10:45:04.845557 [  700.056780] xenbr0: port 3(vif11.0) entering 
disabled state
but nothing after that saying "entering forwarding state".

Perhaps the vif setup/teardown didn't complete as expected ?
