I found http://wiki.xen.org/xenwiki/XenConfigurationFileOptions (which
also refers to
http://www.xen.org/files/Support/XenConfigurationDetails.pdf).

I'm not sure if the canonical place for this sort of thing should be the
wiki (where it is simple for anyone to update, but where it might get
out of date or suffer from version skew etc) or in-tree (where we can
patch as part of the implementation of new features).

I'd be inclined to suggest we take that wiki page, text-ify it, sanity
check for updatedness, stick it in the tree and update the wiki to
reference it. Opinions?
