Hi Keir and Haitao,

The following two patches enables all XSAVE features (max=63) support for Xen. I also fixed several xsave issues associated with current implementation. For instance, EBX of CPUID:0x0000000D depends on enabled xave_features. But current Xen uses a static value for this register.
