This is because xen-unstable does not boot on any Intel machine with
VT-d.  Changeset 22544 works and 22545 fails.  Adding "sharept=0"
works around the problem.

Thanks very much to Ian Campbell for doing the archaeology and
suggesting 22545 was to blame.  For now perhaps we should set
sharept=0, if we think that will actually properly undo whatever is
wrong.
