Attached is a new version with support for xl/libxl.

However, I am not able to test the libxl specific code
neither with 'xl create' nor with 'xl list -l' due to libxl bugs reported in
http://lists.xensource.com/archives/html/xen-devel/2010-09/msg01412.html
