Dulloor has been working on this, but I'm not sure what the current
state is.  In general PV domains don't have access to NUMA topology
info, including dom0.  While dom0 can parse the SRAT tables, I don't
think its doing anything useful with the information, as its VCPUs don't
have any fixed mapping to the underlying physical CPUs.
