Thanks for the reply. I have tried the configuration file there.
OS is Ubuntu 10.04, Xen is compiled from source, 4.0
kernel is using jeremy git, branch changed to 2.6.32.x

configured to using serial port to show the debug info, it says:

at the same time, the target machine would stop at
usbhid: v2.6: USB HID core driver
Gave up waiting for root device. Common problems:
- Boot args (cat /proc/cmdline)
 -check rootdelay= (did the system wait long enough?)
 -check root= (did the system wait for the right device?)
- Missing modules (cat /proc/modules; ls /dev)
ALERT! does not exist. Dropping to a shell!

BusyBox built-in shell (ash)
