Please change the Dprintk macro definition in include/asm-x86/apic.h to:
#define Dprintk(x...) printk(x)

Rebuild and send the log output. I've changed lots of smpboot code and
something is obviously up.

There are also other warnings in the below log, about a fixed MCE and also
about a BIOS bug. It would be interesting to know what the most recent
xen-unstable changeset is that works for you, if reasonably recent, and also
whether its boot output similarly indicates a somewhat dodgy system.
