(XEN) PCI add device 00:00.0
[nothing further]

It looks like vcpu 0 has gone away. If I use the 'q' debug-key, then
vcpus 1,2,3 respond and show their state, but vcpu 0 does not. '0'
shows that vcpu is sitting in guest mode, but I'm not sure what its doing.

Interestingly, when I hit 'r' to reboot, I got "(XEN) PCI add device
00:04.0" just before the reboot message, which is the next line I'd expect.
