[Xen-devel] [PATCH] [xend] support 'ioemu' subtype in tap protocol specification

blktapctrl supports both 'tapdisk' and 'ioemu' subtypes in tap protocol
specification.  Support the 'ioemu' subtype in xend BlktapController as
well.
