Doing a "make clean" (or "make -C xen clean") doesn't clean depfiles
or object files (.*.d or *.o) in xen/common/compat/.  This means when
adding patches or making modifications that affect those we can
introduce compatibility problems, leading to dom0 crashes.

I don't know my way around makefiles very well... could someone who
knows how to do this quickly just make a patch to do so? :-)
