I submitted an earlier report with a more complete dump of this
function, which is at

The code may have changed slightly since then but it looks to be the
same issue.
OK, I just committed a fix for this. The IOAPIC dummy mapping wasn't
being created properly, and it was failing to mask out the unsupported
PTE flags.
