In fact it means if i am on Ubuntu HVM - patch set has to applied to Ubuntu's kernel and "initrd" rebuilt. HVM reloaded if i am on Fedora Hvm - patch set has to applied to Fedora's kernel and "initrd" rebuilt HVM reloaded

As you might know already, the new patch series works as domU kernel only so this problem doesn't exist anymore.
I decided to chase this bug anyway and it turns out that I was just missing:
