The following patch set is to enable 1GB page support when HVM guests are running under HAP mode. These are the rework from the patches sent out last year, sync'ing with the latest xen-unstable tree. Additionally, we added an option ("hap_1gb") to turn this feature on/off. The patches have been tested on both AMD's and Intel's platforms. No issues have been found so far. Dongxiao Xu will send the patches specific to Intel VT code later.
