Ok, it seems this problem also happens when running RHEL5 kernel-xen,
which is 2.6.18 based.
So this text offset problem is NOT pv_ops related.
I think it's something to do with this specific system and Xen.

So this USB issue is a separate problem. Recently there has been a couple of
