Yeah, same deal.  Disable interrupts for Xen, but not Linux.  Konrad's 
patch looks like it's a good workaround, but it would be nice to work 
out how Xen and Linux's serial drivers differ here (though I'm guessing 
its really a bug in the underlying 16550 emulation).
