[Xen-devel] [PATCH 6/6] [pciback] Remove deprecated routine to find doma

In linux-2.6.18.hg tree the mechanism to find the domain owner was
for the MSI driver (msi-xen.c) to call in this function to retrieve
the domain number. This is not the way anymore.
