Currently xen hypervisor use nodes to keep start/end address of node. It assume memory among nodes has no overlap, this is not always true, especially if we have memory hotplug support in the system. Changeset 20053:ebb07c5934c8 will ignore hotplug entry in SRAT table, to try avoid such situation. To support memory hotplug, we have to parse the hotpluggable entry also.
