Is this the qemu log message of your failed xen 3.4 test?
It seems that you are using stdvga=1 because the line:

vga s->lfb_addr = f1000000 s->lfb_end = f1400000

is only printed when stdvga is used instead of cirrus.

If the qemu log you posted are not the right ones, could you please do
another test with stdvga=0 and send the qemu logs on the list?
