Dear All,

I am looking for a kernel patch to enable hardware performance counters for xennified centos-2.6.18-128.2.1 kernel. I tried to use the existing perfctr-2.6.38 patch-2.6.18-128.el5-redhat, but it gives error when compiling kernel.
Error:
kernel/sched.c
"thread_struct no member found perfctr"
whereas the linux kernel without xen compiles fine even when patched with perfctr kernel patch.

Please share with me if someone have some useful information related to it.

Thanks!
Ata
