Hi,

 kdb: to debug xen hypervisor, could also debug guests
 gdbsx: to debug PV/HVM linux guests

The tree is : http://xenbits.xensource.com/ext/debuggers.hg

See README-dbg. You'll need to setup serial access for kdb.
