I tried booting with "nosmp" dom0 kernel parameter:

and now the failing part is like this:

xen_allocate_pirq: returning irq 5 for gsi 5
ERROR: Unable to locate IOAPIC for GSI 5
xen_set_ioapic_routing: irq 5 gsi 5 ioapic -1
ata_piix 0000:00:1f.1: PCI INT A -> Link[LNKC] -> GSI 5 (level, low) -> IRQ 5
xen: PCI device 0000:00:1f.1 pin 1 -> irq 5
xen: disable pci device 0000:00:1f.1

Whole log with "nosmp":
http://pasik.reaktio.net/xen/pv_ops-dom0-debug/pv_ops-dom0-bootlog-3-nosmp.txt

Earlier logs I posted are SMP enabled.
