The patcheset update current version to support cpufreq logic at both
x86 and ia64 platform.

Hypervisor Side:
1. px-xen-1-rebase.patch --> Rebase cpufreq logic for supporting both
x86 and ia64 arch;
2. px-xen-2-pxstat-update.patch --> Update cpufreq statistic logic for
supporting both x86 and ia64;
3. px-xen-3-reconstruct.patch --> move cpufreq notify code to commone
place;

Dom0 Side:
4. dom0_reconstruct.patch --> move px external logical to common place;
