No, but cross-architecture support for virtual machines under Xen has been
explored for x86 on Itanium, so (with a large amount of work... want
to volunteer?) ARM on x86 might be possible.  See:

Sorry, maybe a stupid question.
Xen 3.3.0 has a new feature:
- HVM emulation domains ('qemu-on-minios') for better scalability,
performance and security.

Does that mean we can create multiple HVM domains to run unmodified ARM os on 
an X86 server using Xen3.3?
