[Xen-devel] Purpose of avc_has_perm function

Hi all,

  I want to know the purpose of xsm_call function which inturn calls
avc_has_perm. I have the following doubts.

1. What permission does it check for?
2. In what situations does the check fail?
3. What is its significance??
