Hi,

When cpu work at Px state, it in fact sometimes enter some Cx states
when no workload. 
Currently Xen Px statistic residency time include cpu idle time, hence
it's not accurate.
This patch update Xen Px statistic, subtract cpu idle time from Px
statistic residency time to provide user real cpu Px working time.
This patch is based on cset xen-linux-582/xen-staging-17908.
