That page details the instructions that I followed. Remember that you
want 6000, not 6001, unless you'd like to do development for Windows
2008 :)

It does say that it is _also_ available via an MSDN Subscription, but it
is also available for free. You do have to set up an account to get it
though, and you do have to use Microsofts own downloader.
